A 2011 Lion Television/BBC1 Daytime 20 x 45' series screening through late November into December 2011.

As councils across the country battle to get to grips with the growing problem of noise pollution (20 million Brits say they're affected by it), this dramatic, hard-hitting series follows the frontline work of the officers tasked to fight against Britain's nuisance noise makers.
This was actually great fun and provided me with enormous freedom as a composer and musician because of the theme of 'Noise' implicit in the title. Whilst working within the constraints of the programme, I pursued and explored this theme as thoroughly as I could, taking 'Noise Squad' in its most literal meaning. Consequently you will find that the pieces on the forthcoming CD 'Noise Squad' represent a kind of journey into the possibilities of sound. I think you'll enjoy it.
